Neurological Rehabilitation Centre Wiesbaden

The NRW Neurological Rehabilitation Centre of Wiesbaden is a recent rehabilitation facility equipped to meet the latest standards for patients with neurological syndromes. The focus of treatment lies on the stage of early rehabilitation (phase B) and ongoing rehabilitation (phase C). In its day hospital the clinic also offers the possibility of an ambulant rehabilitation.

The primary treatment objective is the re covery and improvement of everyday functions. The treatment concept is individually tailored. Therapy includes self-help training, wheelchair training, kitchen and household training, as well as manual therapies, physiotherapy, ergotherapy, electrotherapy, sports therapies and speech therapy. The team, which is managed by a specialist, includes neuropsychologists, physiotherapists, speech therapists, social workers and nursing staff trained in rehabilitation. The clinic has 110 places for hospitalised patients and 30 places for ambulant patients.

Hospital treatments (phases B, C and D): open to all statutory payors, referrals through the social services of regular hospitals for acute cases.
