Chechen Republic

Chechnia is rich of natural resources and cultural sightseeings. Unfortunately, many of them have been destroyed or are difficult to approach now. In the republic there are 218 objects of cultural heritage but most of them have been irreparably lost. One of the sightseeings which is interesting for tourists is Argunsky open-air museum where you can see more than 150 tower settlements. Hundreds of turrets and living-towels in different conditions, nearly 20 hieratic structures, more than 1500 years old.
