Tsimlyansk City is located on the bank of Tsimlyansk Sea, 280 km from Rostov-on-Don. Great amount of sunny days, mineral water spring, close location to the sea- all this provides perfect conditions for comfortable stay in Tsimlyansk.

Tsimlyansk is famous for its vineyards and wonderful wine, especially “Tsimlyanskoe Sparkling Wine” and “Donskoe Sparkling Wine”.

Tsimlyask Sea is rich with different types of fish. Here one can find bream, sheat-fish, sazan, pike-perch. This place is a real paradise for those who are fond of fishing.

The whole tourist center “Chaika” grew up in the scenic suburbs of Tsimlyansk. This center gained great popularity among the citizens of the Don Region. 

Tourist Center “Chaika” provides accommodation for up to 600 persons, 200 among them can be accommodated in 2 Main buildings. Guests are offered double-and triple-room accommodation. Each room has a radio and a half-bath. TV-set, bath, laundry room. Some rooms are equipped with the refrigerators. 

For those who prefer econom-class tours vacations Tourist Center “Chaika” offers accommodation in bungalows for 2-3 persons. Bath and Toilet Rooms are located on the territory of the Center.

The spacious restaurant provides service for 240 persons simultaneously on the base of full-board accommodation (4 meals a day). In menu of the restaurant one can find a great variety of Cossack Cuisine dishes, sea-food, different salads and deserts.
