The position of Embassy of Germany which sponsors Kapelhaus, is as follows: the biggest profit from art is full halls and gratitude of audience. The big rarity at present is that all concerts here are free- of-charge. Kapelhaus became the native home not only for members of German society "Die Wiede geburt" (Revival), but also for hundreds of admirers of the German culture and literature. Each concert or film show passes with participation of employees of Embassy, who take an active part in discussions and preparation of concerts.

At the same time, Kapelhaus is an educational center, as well. In its hall and separate classes lessons of the German language, history, geography and culture are carried out. To younger group children are accepted since six years, the age of studying in senior groups is unlimited. Pupils of elementary grades Dima Weit, Faig Alizade, i eyli Mamedzade and their coevals willingly attend the lessons. The game method of the lessons fscinates and carries away the kids, the immersing о a child in a new language environment passes more easily, as considers the teacher of younger groups Maryam Babayeva, who as well as Sabina Atakishiyeva and other teachers, has passed the advanced training courses in Germany.

Lessons in the senior groups, where more often study the employees of the Baku firms cooperating with the German companies, use a big popularity. Long walks in a beechen wood "Alistan-baba", and a route of studying of samples of national-applied art are stipulated, as well. In local villages carpet-vveaving, woodcarving, hand embroidery are traditionally developed.
