The hotel was build near the place, where the manor palace, destroyed during the Great Patriotic War, had been located. Due to this historic background, the conceptual design of the hotel is similar to the destroyed palace. The hotel has its own farmstead, which supplies the cuisine with peasant organic goods. Mushrooms and berries gathered in the nearby forest are also served in the restaurant All comers can buy goat milk from the farmstead and knitwear made by the locals.
