The 4-star Main building of Parus was constructed in 2009 and is located 150 m from the beach. It has the capacity of 110 rooms of different categories, such as deluxe, studio and standard rooms. The Main building is equipped according to the world standards with free wi-fi, satellite TV, long-distance and international telephone service, electronic entry system. Every room has a refrigerator, a TV-set, an air-conditioner and a telephone.

The Parus complex is comfortably located in the very center of Sochi, on the sea shore, just 5 km away from Sochi railway station and 25 km from Adler airport. The main Sochi landmarks - such as the famous Dendrarium arboretum park, the central waterfront promenade of Sochi, the Circus, the Summer and the Winter theatres -are within the walking distance from the hotel.

The Parus complex is a comfortable holiday center and an advanced facility for health rehabilitation and treatment. The center is specialized in treatment for nervous system diseases, locomotor system, respiratory system and blood circulatory system.

Time-proved medical and rehabilitation methods, such as a choice of balneological and physiotherapeutic proce-dures, various massages, are combined in the Center with the most recent researches in rehabilitation sphere.

Just a few minutes in a cryo chamber (-110° C) or a salt cave will provide for ber immunity, psychological and emotional balance and harmony. Such courses as micro and shock wave therapy, HUBER and Gyrotonic technologies allow to restore strength of the muscles, health and youthfulness of the whole body. Restaurants

Infrastructure

Thermal facilities of the spa complex consist of 7 different saunas and banyas that offer steam bathing experience by traditions of various nations of the world (Finnish, Russian, Turkish, Roman, Arabic, as well as herbal and infrared baths). The Primorskiy building also features its own sauna complex with hammam and Russian banya, as well as Japanese ofuro bathtub, Altai cedar barrel and a cold bath.

The Parus Primorskiy building is located on the very beach, in the yacht club. The Primorskiy building is ideal for comfortable stays with the good value for money. There are 36 mostly double and triple standard rooms with all the conveniences the guests may need.

The highlight of the Primorskiy building is a gorgeous view over the sea harbor from the terrace of the Kayut- companiya (Mess room) cafeteria - the ‘specialty of the cafeteria’s buffet menu.

Every 1-bedroom deluxe room (65 m2) and studio room (40 m2) with the unique design is equipped with a mini bar and a mini kitchenette, a hydro-massage bath-tube in the spacious bathroom, and rattan deck furniture at the balcony. Small details do matter in hospitality. Understated furniture is ideally integrated in the design of single (21 m2) and double (32 m2) standard rooms and creates a space ambience. An extra bed is available in every room.
